written by Julia Jarcho, directed by Kedian Keohan, a riff on John Ford’s ‘TIS PITY SHE’S A WHORE. Annie waits tables at the Cheesecake Factory while her brother’s away at school; their mom is kind of a slut. Annie’s cute, Gio’s sad, and when she goes up to visit him at college, longing and tenderness tip toward the unthinkable and the grotesque, all laced with humor from somewhere unhinged.
